The food is average, and their Pho doesn't meet expectations. The soup remains bland, even after adding lemon and sauces, and the noodles break easily—likely overcooked. This was my first visit to Madame Nhu, but unfortunately, I left unimpressed and disappointed.

Not enough hot and too much sweet. Noddles were incredibly short from being served as if it were reused. If you are Asian, you'll definitely be disappointed with the noodle soup. Here is my leftover.

Food is decent, generous portion size for pho. It’s very surprised to see pickles in pho, it’s always in banh mi which makes me felt interesting. Herbs are super fresh! The only bad is the sourness and sweetness of the pickles are too strong which took out the flavour of the broth.

The place is cute, the menu is yum and cocktails look fun. The menu is pretty standard Sth Vietnam staples with a fun and edgy twist. Definitely worth a bite of lunch or a cocktail if that tickles your fancy. Such a fun place to visit if your hungry in Surrey Hills..
